Horrible staff and terrible attitude. Walked right out, went somewhere else, and spent my money on trainers there instead.
I recently visited the Stylerunner store at Chadstone Shopping Centre, and it was hands down the worst retail experience I’ve had in the entire center. The staff displayed an astonishing level of indifference and a completely toxic attitude. Attempting to get basic customer service felt like a massive inconvenience to them. I Visited the store this Sunday 24th May and had a really disappointing experience with the staff member working (brown hair). From the moment I walked in, she was essentially positioned at the door and I wasn’t greeted at all, even though I clearly saw other customers being acknowledged as they entered, which immediately made the experience feel selective and unwelcoming.
