I Visited the store this Sunday 24th May and had a really disappointing experience with the staff member working (brown hair). From the moment I walked in, she was essentially positioned at the door and I wasn’t greeted at all, even though I clearly saw other customers being acknowledged as they entered, which immediately made the experience feel selective and unwelcoming.
