I had the pleasure of working with Joti and his team for my wedding in Mexico earlier this year. The pictures and videos came out incredible and Joti went above and beyond to make sure we got all the content we needed to serve as a lifetime memory Joti was flexible and willing to adapt as things came up (as they usually do in weddings) and did so willingly to ensure we got the best experience possible! My partner and I had a consultation with Joty and his team and although we decided to go with a different team (a family member), We appreciated that Joty spent over an hour-and-a -half with the consult and provided insight into how his team operates and collaborates with the other vendors in order to make sure the product is perfect. He was very kind, informative and ultimately a very reasonable price for the package. We will definitely be recommending them to other's going forward simply based on the customer service.
