I brought a pair of brand new Steve Madden heels in this store to sale, they turn down everyone I've seen bringing quality material. Disappointed. And they never have a valid reason why they turn your down.
I have only been in once but the experience that I had was splendid!!! I originally went to Plato's Closet but they buy/sell more of the juniors type clothes & I was selling a nice heavy black leather jacket and the two ladies that assisted me went above and beyond my expectations. By that I mean they were so willing to show me where everything was that I was asking about and the merchandise that they have is exactly the same type of clothes/shoes/purses that I would take to sell. This is the best women's resale shop I have ever shopped at! GREAT selection and prices and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive. Love that they have high-end name brands as well as average priced items so you really get a full shopping experience. Thanks for coming to Allen! We love this place!
