I called before driving all the way from Battle Creek and was told “we are a more grown up version of Plato’s closet, and love older styles from older women”. So the first time I’m selling clothing here, and not from myself, from my mom who wears business casual clothing all the time. Brought clothes in to sell(nice clothes...some brand new) and was told there was an "odor" on my clothes so they couldn't buy anything! First of all, the clothes smell like fabric softener and second of all shouldn't you be washing the clothes you receive before selling them to other people anyways??!! Also, if my clothes have an "odor"...then why make me wait 30 minutes to tell me! I waited for no f****ng reason! Very disappointed with the service here! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH STYLE ENCORE!!!
