I love the Terre Haute store but this one is so crowded and so many clothes you can't even pull them out to look. At this point shopping becomes a chore not a pleasure. Also last time I was there the doors were propped open. Yes it was a beautiful fall day but the leaves and dust were everywhere. Good concept that needs work.
The associates here are extremely rude and dismissive. I brought in 6 totes of clothing, and they didn’t even bother to check through them properly. They only looked at the items on the top, while the clothes on the bottom were left exactly the way I folded and placed them. It was obvious they never went through everything. After hauling in all those totes, it turned out to be a complete waste of time. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience, I will not be coming back.
I absolutely love this store and the staff. It does seem like it is moving* more towards a Plato closet vibe and targeting a younger audience.
