Multiple times I have taken items in great condition which were not purchased while finding items for sale with holes, picks stains etc. Young women sort thru items and seem to only select trendy items. We aren't all 18 years old so some basic items would be nice
Placed an order online canceled to a glitch on their behalf. ordered wasn't fulfilled because “we can’t discount that much” was given a five dollar coupon. Guess profit margins matter over customer satisfaction. I will not be purchasing from this online location.
Took clothes in and wasn't even greeted. Walked up to check in and said hello and the girl looked at me and said hi like it killed her to greet someone. The staff that has started here in the last few months is extremely rude. I keep going back because I used to love the store but it just isn't the same anymore. A lot of the staff is younger so only seem to want to buy clothes they would wear and not many plus size clothing or adult clothing.
