I absolutely love this store and the staff. It does seem like it is moving* more towards a Plato closet vibe and targeting a younger audience.
Wouldn't recommend buying anything from their website. I bought 3 items only received 2 of them. I called about it any they gave me nothing but excuses. It also took the package a long time to arrive at my residence.
I was selling clothes at style encore and lost my keys . I was locked out of my car and the owner and a few employees helped me look for 15-30 minutes even though they had many people in line and were about to close . They still took care of the people while helping me . She is super nice and they even asked me to come inside after they had closed so I wasn’t sitting and waiting in the heat. Everyone was nice enough but maybe they didn’t need smaller sizes. I had taken in capris, longer pants and Levi jeans but they only accepted 2 pairs of slacks. I would considered in really good condition. The only reason I took them is I’m no longer a size 4 or 6. It wasn’t worth my time. I’m going to try a store in Indianapolis soon and if they keep more I will really question their decisions.
