Placed an order online canceled to a glitch on their behalf. ordered wasn't fulfilled because “we can’t discount that much” was given a five dollar coupon. Guess profit margins matter over customer satisfaction. I will not be purchasing from this online location.
Took clothes in and wasn't even greeted. Walked up to check in and said hello and the girl looked at me and said hi like it killed her to greet someone. The staff that has started here in the last few months is extremely rude. I keep going back because I used to love the store but it just isn't the same anymore. A lot of the staff is younger so only seem to want to buy clothes they would wear and not many plus size clothing or adult clothing. Excellent thrifting
Not sure why the worker thought my clothing were too formal, but they weren't...and she said they weren't taking formal clothing and shoes...in October??? The Holiday season is very near...so...what kind of excuse was that??? Oh...I was happy to buy some things from them...I don't understand??!!! I did NOT have any formal for wedding dresses...and my silver shoes were brand new ...never worn... yet they were turned down. Since there was no where to reply...I had to edit my review. Just hard to understand.
