The associates here are extremely rude and dismissive. I brought in 6 totes of clothing, and they didn’t even bother to check through them properly. They only looked at the items on the top, while the clothes on the bottom were left exactly the way I folded and placed them. It was obvious they never went through everything. After hauling in all those totes, it turned out to be a complete waste of time. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience, I will not be coming back.
I absolutely love this store and the staff. It does seem like it is moving* more towards a Plato closet vibe and targeting a younger audience.
Wouldn't recommend buying anything from their website. I bought 3 items only received 2 of them. I called about it any they gave me nothing but excuses. It also took the package a long time to arrive at my residence.
I was selling clothes at style encore and lost my keys . I was locked out of my car and the owner and a few employees helped me look for 15-30 minutes even though they had many people in line and were about to close . They still took care of the people while helping me . She is super nice and they even asked me to come inside after they had closed so I wasn’t sitting and waiting in the heat.
