This was the WORST pedicure experience of my life. I booked two mani/pedi appointments for myself and a friend a week in advance. When we arrived, there was only 1 person to do our nails. It took nearly two hours for the pedicures alone, and we ended up having to cancel the manicures because we ran out of time. Not only that, but the pedicure itself was horrible!
