Booked online, no one at the shop when I arrived and no one answered the phone when I called.
Do NOT book your hair appointment online, do NOT go by the pricing listed on the website. It’s hard for me to write a negative review, but I feel it is extremely necessary for anyone looking to visit this salon. The hair stylists do not schedule via the salon website and the pricing is over 3x what is posted on the website. I booked a 10am wash, cut, blow dry which was listed as $55 and was charged $200.
