Henry was awesome and so helpful !! My phone is perfect.
Extremely disappointed with repair . I had my screen replaced only FOUR DAYS ago, and it is already shifting and causing problems. I still have my receipt, yet they refuse to honor the warranty or replace the defective screen without charging me again. Four days! I paid for a repair, and now they want me to pay again for their work. This feels like a scam and is completely unacceptable. make sure you understand exactly what their warranty covers—because apparently, they don’t stand behind their repairs. I will never return.
Super fast service and friendly service!
