Phenomenal customer service. While I did not need formal legal assistance, I had some basic questions. Samantha picked up the call, very professional and friendly, I briefly explained my situation and she guided me by providing some information and resources available. She did not have to go out of her way to help me but she did, what a decent human being. This law firm is lucky to have her. Thank you for the help, it was much appreciated.
