I recently was a victim of fraud. Between Teresa Workman, Missy, and Charlotte, this incredible team helped me set up new accounts, new debit card, and Missy handled the scammer when he called me back. The scammer accessed my phone and laptop claiming I made a mistake and told me to go to CVS and buy apple gift cards to pay back $2000 they claim was put into my account. I have been a customer of the bank in Tuckahoe for over 50 years. It is so nice to have a local bank where the staff knows the customers by name and fosters a friendly home-town feel. They have always been helpful, professional and patient with my needs. Even as a smaller bank, Sturdy Savings continues to offer competitive investment opportunities. Trinity provided excellent service in a recent visit! I will always support my local bank as opposed to the large multi-state financial institutions.
