While I can open an account up. The service is lagging. In the beginning, they try to keep you as a member but it often results in having to show up at the bank at various times that are inconceivable. I cannot understand the reason that accounts are not secure or available for closing accounts except if they are discriminating. Seems like a trap to steal or personal identification information.
