I am very impressed with the staff. ( Michelle, Crystal) and my PT Eric is outstanding. I think they deserve a raise 😎
The people there are very unprofessional..they discuss other patients therapy and ailments in the open for all to hear..Michelle at the front desk is as rude as they get..Krystal was very professional..the Doctor comes into ther therapy area and discusses your case and others infront of others..isn't that against HIPPA..I will never have full range of motion or be able to lift arm over head due to this place..very unprofessional and do not get Eric as a therapist..you will regret it as I do
I worked with Dr. Kathleen Farroba over the course of several months for an issue with my right hip and lower back. She was extremely professional, clearly displaying expertise during the sessions and was so warm and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with her and I’m happy to say my issues are fixed! I did physical therapy at sturdy physical therapy for hips and shoulders over the last two years. Recently was both shoulders after reverse shoulder surgery performed by a highly recommended surgeon Dr Nacca. My pt professional was Eric Dodson My experience with Eric and the entire staff was just incredible. After years of pain my pain is virtually gone.
