This company will not communicate with you in any meaningful way. They will not provide quarterly tax estimates and expect you to file those yourself, no guidance will be provided. My attempts for clarifications via emails generally went unanswered. I incurred three thousand dollars in penalties due to their tax filings. One of my tax returns was emailed to me on the final due date at 6pm with instructions to "submit today to avoid penalties." My wife and I had a terrible experience with this firm. They did not communicate well with us at all, and when we tried to check on the progress of our tax return, they treated us very rudely. Not only that, but they miscalculated the amount of tax we owed by more than $8000. We later found out that a lot of their former clients had posted complaints about them online. We wish we had seen those earlier.
I wish I could give zero stars. If you’re a small business, avoid this company at all costs.
