Honestly, this office is one of the few you can truly trust, especially with so much scamming around. My husband and I from Basra applied through them, and I received my college acceptance letter very quickly. We were both surprised by how fast the process was and I got my study permit and my husband received his work permit in record time. Not recommended at all!! This company is completely disorganized and unprofessional. At the beginning, they were responsive and seemed reliable, but after taking the money, everything changed. They stopped properly working on my file, rarely answered phone calls (you can try it), and email responses were very slow and inconsistent. The contract is written entirely in their favor, with no real protection for the client. I lost my money and received no meaningful progress in return.
