Very poor service. Paid the balance early in September. Had to follow up every week for the account to be closed as they did not update their system and was told we still owe more than $4000, was being charged overdue fee when we have paid the account already. They only closed the account when I told them I will report them to Australian Financial Complaints after almost 3 months of paying the account.

Steer clear of Zeefi, now under the dubious umbrella of Nimble. It’s been an absolute disaster for our eyelash and eyebrow course business. Our big mistake? Choosing them for our "study now, pay later" options.
