-0- customer service. Four employees just looked at me like I was intruding on their conversation. I’ll never go back nor will I recommend them.
My fiancé and I went to the store today for some items and was told we couldn't buy from them. The man at the counter said you had to have a contractors license to purchase from them yet in December we were able to buy and actually haved bought from Famous for years. The man gave no explaination and was turned away. So has something changed? Joshua has been an Electrician 30 years and can't buy stuff cause of a contractors license. Yet he owns his own LLC.
Builder of home chose these products. Every toilet in the place the flush handles are cracked after a couple years and failing tank kit. Cheap stuff where a little bit more quality could make a lasting product.
