Best high end road and gravel shop in California. Everyone that works there is nice, which is hard to find in bikes these days. Plus their selection and problem solving is best in class. So sad this shop is closing on Jan 2023
The lineup and service are unmatched. With the coolest equipment and a great knowledgable staff, hard to go to another shop!
Bad experience both times I visited Velo. Poor customer service and unwilling to help. Much prefer Roaring Mouse and Tam Bikes.
