I’ve been going to Kristen at Studio Refresh for a couple years now. She helps keep me moving after long days doing very detailed Longarm quilting. I always leave feeling very relaxed and she always asks how I am feeling and works on troubled areas. If you’re looking for a great massage therapist I highly recommend Kristen.
