Waited 4 months for the usb and online access and another month for the prints. Receptionist lied straight through her teeth whenever we called to follow up. We were told in one day that were by the editor, during the call being shipped any day and the next, waiting to be printed. Separately, the during the actual wedding, the photographer was extremely slow.
