Leo was very kind and allthough on his website there is only the option to order articles within Canada, he was willing to ship the desired item to Germany - SUPER SERVICE!!! Very kind, original article, good packaging, fast delivery, good price, SUPER SERVICE - what else can one expect?
I purchased a few Rosti Margrethe mixing bowls from their website about a year ago. Rosti has a 5 year warranty. I contact Studio Pazo when one of them chipped. I sent them a copy of the invoice and offered to purchase a new bowl if they could help me with the cost of shipping ( $30! ). Basically got flipped off and told by Leo: 'Sorry but shipping is a real cost. You would need to add additional items to complete the purchase'. Out of the way, but worth the visit.
My order arrived FAST and I love all the Marimekko I purchased! All my Favourite Finnish brands in one place! I am editing this review and now giving this business 2 stars (only because I love the Finnish brands they carry) After this original order and approximately 6/7 more between my daughter and I (I am a Marimekko collector and she collects all things Moomin) The wrong item was sent to me in my last order and when I brought it to their attention, I was given a small refund of the price difference. I recommend Studio Pazo! Great variety of quality items in stock, reasonable price, fast shipping and really well packaged. Unfortunately I received an item with a defect but I receive a reasonable solution. Thank you :)
