If your school goes with this company, they are horrible to deal with. They lost my son’s graduation pictures and barely offered any compensation when he had to get retakes done a month later which involved us spending another $120 to get his hair redone. They are very slow at getting back to you and offered barely any compensation for a mistake that they did. Very disappointed on how this was dealt with. Terrible photos taken. 0 attention to detail and its almost as if they edit/photoshop pictures.
Forced into extremely pricey packages. Charged extra for backgrounds considered as “prestigious” when it’s very basic.
