Took this liar to court and won a $20,000 judgement, wouldn't pay until he found that he couldn't borrow money to build a new house. Called me up begging to let him take it back into his shop and do the right thing. Like an idiot I believed him. He couldn't do the right thing, kept going back and forth from my house to his shop. Finally he wouldn't release it back to me unless I lifted the judgement. Called the Longview police. Needed more communication throughout the project. Didn't follow through on what was promised. When dealing with 2 parties both needed to be billed like agreed upon. Refused to do additional trimming requested if paid extra.

I love coming here, the staff is always so nice and they always do an amazing job. I always get my nails done by Vivian she does an amazing job with nail art and I've loved every set she's done. On top of that her prices are easily the best in Raleigh for gel x and other services.

There is currently no effective system in place for managing parking spots. Some residents occupy space for 3–4 cars, while others are unable to find even a single spot for one vehicle. After 5 PM, it becomes nearly impossible to find any available parking. Additionally, it is very difficult to leave before 10 AM because other people park their cars behind yours, blocking you in and preventing any movement. Overall, the current parking arrangement is very poorly managed and creates significant inconvenience.

Living here has been frustrating due to a lack of proper management and supervision. Every day, unsupervised children from the complex are outside from as early as 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. They play in unsafe areas like the parking lot and near apartment entrances, and there are no parents in sight. It creates a lot of noise, safety concerns, and makes it hard to enjoy your own space. Attorney Julie Elliot -- one word: PHENOMENAL. She is so professional yet personable as well. She was extremely helpful in the entire process and simply love how she was interacting with my toddler daughter as well when we met to discuss details of the case -- that meant a lot with me being a single mom due a lot of businesses aren't that kid-friendly. Went with my daughter for pedicures. We both had a wonderful experience. My pedicure was with Violet. She was so thorough my feet feel amazing and our polishes were perfect.
