This is not just a Wellness studio, it is a place you feel welcomed walking into and happy and rejuvenated walking out of . The ladies will become someone you want to see each and every week
The girls are great but the facility is understaffed and has been for the last month so there are very limited time slots for certain services.
The vacu shaper machine hasn’t been working properly for months. Many clients have flagged the issue but the machine hasn’t been fixed. I have been attending the studio for a while and can operate most of the other machines, this has come in handy as they have a terrible staff retention problem. Jasmine and Valentina were very capable staff but since they left, due to lack of staff, it is cumbersome to book appointments and get good service. Very disappointed that the studio doesn’t take the client experience seriously.
