I have just started my journey with studio figura Newstead into my 3rd week I have injuries so taking it slow. The help and guidance I have received from all the staff is gold class . I love each exercise machine as challenging as they can be. A special note for Katie Thankyou for helping me get started when I was feeling very awkward. No excuses Thankyou Vicki
