My first experience was really great! The staff were really friendly, and the communication was quite pleasent within a calm and relaxed environment. They gave me some interesting information to read and the body shaping machine made me feel quite invigorated after the session. I look forward to trying out some other treatments, too. Ok for a start you are not conveniently located. It was a bit stressful with the Satnav in my car & Maps couldn't get the right location either. If it wasn't for Janines assistance I probably would have given up & driven home. I didn't really enjoy the Roller Machine & found it awkward & uncomfortable. At the end getting myself off a hard floor was inconvenient & put me off completely. Janine you were great, thanks for your help. I found the staff friendly & helpful.
