I purchased a gift card for my mother, who lives in Sebastian, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. My mother called multiple times trying to make an appointment and was only able to briefly communicate with someone through text before they completely stopped responding. I also tried reaching out myself by calling several times and even emailing the address listed on the website, but received no assistance at all. A little piece of paradise! This spa is right on Indian River Drive near the water and so beautifully, thoughtfully decorated.
