EDIT: Since posting this review, the owner, Paige, worked to make things right. She refunded our purchase and also offered a treatment on the house for my mother. We truly appreciate her taking the time to address our concerns and resolve the situation. My mother called multiple times trying to make an appointment and was only able to briefly communicate with someone through text before they completely stopped responding. I also tried reaching out myself by calling several times and even emailing the address listed on the website, but received no assistance at all.
