TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! I would rate it zero stars if that was possible. Went in on a Friday, to find it my appointment was made for the following Friday, so they had to squeeze me in, after making me feel like an idiot, but it was the receptionist who was the idiot. I showed the receptionist, the woman I was scheduled with, and the woman who actually did my hair the picture of what I wanted my hair to look like. Went in for a lighter hair color. Turned out way too orange so I went back a week later to have it toned. Instead of toning the stylist just added an ash brown over it all. My hair looks like crap and now I will have to go to Sally Beauty supply to fix it myself. I wasted $200. I will never go back.
