UR CHILD PHOTO WILL BE USED WITHOUT UR CONSENT -아이 사진 무단 도용!! 절때 피해야 할 사진관!! 절대 추천하고 싶지 않은 사진관입니다. 비싼 돈 내고 우리 아이 사진을 찍은 뒤, 부모 동의도 없이 아이 사진이 몇 년 동안 사진관 홈페이지에 마케팅용으로 사용되는 일을 겪고 싶지 않다면 이 사진관은 피하세요. 저는 아이 돌사진을 찍었는데, 사진 사용 동의서(포토 릴리즈)에 서명한 적도 없는데 제 아이 사진이 무려 7년 동안 사진관 홈페이지에 올라가 있었다는 사실을 뒤늦게 알게 되었습니다. 이메일을 여러 번 보내도 답이 없었고, 결국 직접 전화해서 강하게 항의한 뒤에야 사진을 내렸습니다. 그 과정에서는 "사진관 사정이 어렵다"는 이야기만 들었을 뿐, 왜 부모 동의 없이 아이 사진을 오랫동안 마케팅에 사용했는지에 대한 제대로 된 설명은 없었습니다. 도대체 어떻게 미성년자 아이의 사진을 부모에게 알리지도 않고, 허락도 받지 않은 채 수년간 홈페이지 홍보에 사용할 수 있는 건가요? 사진은 단순한 샘플이 아... read more

Jade photographed my little one’s first birthday and she was amazing! She was so patient with us, making sure we looked our best throughout the shoot. We received the final photos quickly, and they turned out absolutely beautiful—perfect for his birthday party.
