Studio B has been a game changer for me as a busy mom trying to get back in shape. It’s the perfect combination of a low pressure environment with high impact results. Bernie creates a very friendly and fun environment that’s great for all levels. I’m so grateful to have found this studio and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their fitness routine!
Studio B Wellness is such a special place! A friend introduced me and now I can’t stop sharing it with others. I bring my 16-year-old with me, and even my 10-year-old can’t wait to join someday. After just 20 sessions, I already feel stronger, healthier, and happier. Bernie is the sweetest and so intuitive—she really makes every class feel personal. With only three reformers, it’s like a semi-private lesson every time, and the community she’s built is so warm and welcoming!
I've been going to Bernadette's studio for 3 months now and I absolutely love it. It's the first workout I've really enjoyed since recently having my second child. Since its a small class, she really keeps a close eye on each person in the room. I haven't felt this good about my body in a really long time and I look forward to each class.
