Tonette is absolutely passionate about IF and i am here for it!!! I have been trying to look for ways to get healthy and i believe i have found it. Had a lymphatic manipulation training and it was so in depth!!! I went down a rabbit hole of the lymphatic system and its importance and she hit every topic when we met! No stone was unturned. I learned hand manipulation, dry brushing and the drainage machine technique! I recently had a surgery and her knowledge and teaching was 100% the reason I haven’t had much swelling. My doctor and massage therapist was impressed! I wish I lived nearby, but her online training was sufficient! Highly recommend her services
