I have been modeling with Dave for a few years now, and it has been the absolute greatest experience. The photos always turn out AMAZING, and Dave is so much fun to shoot with. He is good at what he does—very impressive work.
Our class of 2023 is still waiting on graduation photos, he’s also late with printing sports images and receiving our packages. He constantly has excuses as to why no one is receiving things properly or why things take so long and he has not refunded people numerous times, who don’t receive their images or receive someone else’s images. Do not order from him!
Ordered graduation photos for graduation May 27, 2023. June 29 I had not received the pictured yet so I emailed and sent a message of Facebook asking for an update. No response to either. The next day I sent and email again asking for an update and informing that I would dispute the charge with my card company if they choose not to respond. Miraculously that email received a reply. Mysteriously the 1st email went to spam but the 2nd didn't. Doubtful but whatever. I was then advised that the order window was extended to June ... read more
I’m disappointed.The photographer was polite and professional other than the fact that he was more interested in listening to the teenage assistant he had with him, who was unable to handle the situation effectively, than to listen to the customer.It was a very busy dance studio picture shoot with many people coming and going.Every interaction I had with the assistant was worse than the one before it.I completely understand that it’s a hectic time to get a large number of dancers group shots and individual shots done but sim... read more
