We have been working with Dave for 8 years now...from Christmas card photos to various special occasions and parties. So, when it came time to pick a Senior photographer for my son and daughter, it was a no-brainer. He has always been very professional. He always returns calls/e-mails and has been accommodating when it came to scheduling the sessions (not easy with our busy schedules!). I have been modeling with Dave for a few years now, and it has been the absolute greatest experience. The photos always turn out AMAZING, and Dave is so much fun to shoot with. He is good at what he does—very impressive work.
Our class of 2023 is still waiting on graduation photos, he’s also late with printing sports images and receiving our packages. He constantly has excuses as to why no one is receiving things properly or why things take so long and he has not refunded people numerous times, who don’t receive their images or receive someone else’s images. Do not order from him!
Ordered graduation photos for graduation May 27, 2023. June 29 I had not received the pictured yet so I emailed and sent a message of Facebook asking for an update. No response to either. The next day I sent and email again asking for an update and informing that I would dispute the charge with my card company if they choose not to respond. Miraculously that email received a reply. Mysteriously the 1st email went to spam but the 2nd didn't. Doubtful but whatever. I was then advised that the order window was extended to June ... read more
