The experience of the sound bath was overwhelmingly peaceful and restorative. There was a clear explanation ahead of time as to what to expect and time afterwards for questions and sharing as well.
I love Amy's ability to share complex ideas in simple ways. Each event I've been to has been wonderful....absolutely will be back for more.
