We have 4 children who take the school bus, soon a fifth one next year. Since 2019, we have had impeccable service from STEO, whether it is the drivers, the team behind them who plan the routes, maintain the buses, there is nothing to complain about and that deserves to be highlighted. Thank you STEO for bringing our daughter safely to and from school all these years. She was fortunate in having fantastic drivers!! Bittersweet as this is graduating year and now can drive herself to and from school.
New construction in our neighbourhood posed safety issues to the designated bus stop for my children so I emailed STEO transportation planner, Kristen Knapp, who was able to quickly address these concerns and ensured my children, and those accessing the bus stop had a safe space to wait for their bus. I am more than happy with STEOs commitment to safety, and efficient response time in addressing parent concerns.
Our child got switched schools at the last minute from French to English. Kristen went above and beyond dealing with emails from us as concerned parents for transportation. The service she provided was truly appreciated and she has given our family a peace of mind knowing our son will be transported safely and close to home. Thank you!
