STEO has been provided our new address twice since moving on Deceber 21st. The kids have been on the bus for a week and all of a sudden the bus no longer stops for them. I contacted STEO and was treated very poorly and told "this is why I don't deal with parents" I understand the cyber attack but they have been sent 2 notifications of our address and still sent the bus to our old address, where we had been told for over a year that we were not eligible for bussing. So frustrating. Zero accountability and very rude

The bus is virtually never on time. Worse than the lateness is the fact that it is often EARLY and will just leave!!! This forces us to get to the bus stop 10 min early (it has been 7 min early), and then often wait for a bus that’s 10+ min late!! 20+ minutes waiting for a bus in perfect weather is ridiculous. If drivers can’t be punctual, at least install GPS like an uber driver so we can watch where the buses are. Get it together.
