Absolutely terrible company! This is my son senior year and his bus doesn't show up majority of the time. I'm guessing they have caller i.d. because if I call they won't answer, they don't keep communication with parents on if they're going to be late. The crazy thing is my son is autistic so seems like they'd value making sure our children have transpotation but nope. It worries me because there are senior activities I paid for and if he misses them I would be out of hundreds of dollars and then we'd have a bigger problem a... read more

The management is what you could say " ghetto" no professionalism at all. My kids bus is always late , giving them extra routes making us waiting almost a hour later then the usually drop off time. If you can't keep workers and no one wants to work there a long time maybe look at management, that's all I'm saying bc this is ratchet to say the least , do better
