The worst bus service I have ever dealt with bus driver of 927 Jacksonville, Florida shows app when she feels like it in the morning, there is no set time office staff loves to put you on hold for 1520 minutes, never even getting back with you, they suck.
Very unprofessional if a bus is late or won’t show up they will not to let you know and if you do call they will place you on. Hold so long you have to leave a message
Unfortunately never available to take calls and there's never a solution when a bus driver calls out so the kids either miss school or they're very late
They need better bus drivers and they need to do background checks on them.
