Karen in dispatch is the most helpful person. I have had requests as a small school and she has always made things easy for me. She is very professional and has a quick wit. I appreciate what she has done for our school.
Worst Customer Service! I called because my bus route was changed with no warning so I called for clarification. First of all, the person on the phone was rude and extremely aggressive. Second of all, they started blaming me for the bus driver dropping me at the wrong stop. Do better. There’s a reason you have 1.8 stars. If you can’t reflect on that, then there’s no hope for you
Idk who drives bus 14 but homegirl needs to just get hit already. Seen this lady multiple times cutting me off and just saw her blow a stop sign out by sheriden street forcing the people in front of me to lock his breaks. Never knew bus drivers are above the law
