HORRIBLE BUS COMPANY. The people who work here are beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't even know how this company is still running. They will leave special needs kids with asthma and cerebral palsy on 100 degree buses without AC, and then will call you a liar because their "mechanics checked the busses". My child has a nurse that goes on the bus and to school with him everyday. Hot busses with no ac in the summer. This company sends broken down busses, swears the issue was fixed within a day, then sends the same bus the next day. The bus literally would not start and they had to send another, yet somehow it's magically fixed perfectly for the next day. This is the worst bus company in Jersey. Don't use this company if you have special needs children. Allowing the transportation of special needs children on a hot bus without air conditioning is negligence, an IEP/504 violation, and carries legal consequences. This company will be reported to NJDOE and I'm inclined to make a legal civil rights complaint with the OCR. There will be consequences for this behavior.
