I used storagehotel last summer and it was an experience. While their storage services are professional but their lack of flexible options made the experience not as fruitful. I didn't want to use the service for the entire four month summer period. However, they didn't have more flexible options. I also had to pay an additional $200 courier fees for an early delivery. I was the first year UBC-V student and I used this storage for 4 months! I was always worried to carry all my stuff to my home country, but for the first time I could exit the burden of carrying heavy things. At the pick-up day, storage people helped me to carry my boxes and refrigirator, and I think the room service was worth a lot! I had an excellent experience with StorageHotel. They made the entire process of storing and shipping my items incredibly smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, communicative, and very attentive to details. I appreciated how they handled all the logistics. Their shipping service was an added bonus, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Storing my son's things with Storage Hotel was the best decision I have made in a long time. The process was so simple from beginning to end and the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the entire staff was fantastic, especially from our client service rep David. The team was super lovely and was always on time to help out with the boxes during pick up and drop off days. Honestly helped lift so much stress off my hands during my move in to a new apartment. It also made me really happy to know the delivery team liked my frog drawing🐸
