This is my second year using this service and I very much recommend it! I personally always opt for the room service option (I have scoliosis and am cursed to live in homes with too many stairs) and it truly makes things so much easier. They arrived, took my boxes, and left in a very timely manner. The staff are extremely kind and outgoing, I truly don't have any complaints :D

I used storagehotel last summer and it was an experience. While their storage services are professional but their lack of flexible options made the experience not as fruitful. I didn't want to use the service for the entire four month summer period. However, they didn't have more flexible options. I also had to pay an additional $200 courier fees for an early delivery.
