I’ve been contemplating using this company for school transportation services. I haven’t received a response to my online inquiries and emails sent to them. After reading these reviews, I can see they are unprofessional and have no customer service skills in my opinion. Will search for other companies who will actually reply! I highly recommend student shuttle transportation to any family looking for a safe and efficient transportation solution. My 2nd grader loves her driver Ms. Eyerusalem, and always looks forward to seeing her after school.
