Trying to get a quote from these guys was a horrible experience. All I wanted was to move two pieces of furniture. The call - in customer service is nasty and the all the guys who answer the phones are nasty and rude and make you feel like you are bothering them for calling in. The online quote portal isn't any help. I thought trying a new mover company for change was a good but I guess not.
I hired Student Movers to unload my truck in Texas, and they were absolutely outstanding. These guys were extremely kind, respectful, and professional from start to finish. Marcelino and the gentleman with him were great. They started immediately upon arrival. Shrinked wrapped everything I expressed that was important to me. Upon arriving to our destination they organized my storage unit so well I had space left to my surprise. Totally satisfied with the entire experience!
AMAZING move experience! Moses and Edgar were incredible! They wrapped everything, treated all items with care, worked quickly, took apart furniture and put it back together seamlessly, and lifted everything over multiple floors. I greatly appreciate their hard work & am so glad I chose this company for my move! Affordable pricing and completely worth the cost. Thank you!
