These people are criminals. My original loan was for 17,000$. I’ve now paid them a total of 19876$ over 15 years. My Loan balance is still 12570$ and they are threatening collections. I hope Karma comes for everyone that works for this horrible place
Worst bank to deal with for student loans. They do not work with you at all. They want an outrageous monthly payment. They have been a thorn in my side for years!
College students, please consider other banks for student loans! BND has TERRIBLE customer service. I set up an appointment with a student loan specialist to get a deferment on loan payments while I was at basic training and technical training since I would have been out of school for a year. They told me to give them my basic training address (which I didn’t have at that time) and they would just send me the statements while I’m there 🤡.
