This place sucks they don't care about you at all. OSU is one of the most unprofessional, money-hungry university ever.
Very helpful! Glad I found them!
Terrible people. They might think they are helping students but they are not at all. All they did is to encourage some students to cheat and try to play tricks to pass courses without actually learning anything. This service should be eliminated ASAP.
They make moments of crisis 10x worse than dealing with professors alone. Nothing anyone says is consistent, they are very unprofessional and victim blame, and they are vindictive. My last midterm with SLDS was canceled due to a disagreement I had with an access specialist over the phone, and now I’m unable to schedule even though it was more than a month out initially. It really sucks that this office is so demeaning and unhelpful.
