It would be nice if they actually check the messages. My friend is trying to get in touch with them and no one is answering the phone
I reached out to them 2 months before my court date for my ticket. It took them many weeks to onboard as they were sending forms to the wrong email, and when I did sign them they told me they'd reach out to me. It has been three weeks ans I have heard nothing and I got convicted in absentee when i shouldt of cause they were supposed to go represent. I am now appealing through a real lawyer.
