I had issues with my phone and being able to call my PO is a huge priority to avoid getting sent back to remand. Not only did they refuse to let me use their phone but the directors scolded the woman who was trying to help me and would not allow her to provide the assistance I needed, putting my family and my own situation at serious risk. The second you show vulnerability to these folks they will shut you out just like any other lawyer. I would not recommend using them beyond basic consultation.
