This company is complete BS! I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. We all need to do this and maybe, possibly get our money back. They totally ruined me. Financially and emotionally.
I searched BBB before using The Student Loan Help Center for my large student loan debt. I called several businesses before selecting this company. They called and solicited me for many months before I decided to use them. There were no complaints filed with them so I felt safe. I paid approximately $800 for their services to consolidate my loans, get the best rate and payment schedule, and submit my forms yearly afterwards. Back in May of 2016, I was told I was pre-qualified for Student Loan Forgiveness due to attending Everest and them closing. Student Financial Help Center told me it would take 6-12 months for my loan to be wiped clean. And I paid them $699. Well it's now well over a year and I have heard nothing about my forgiveness application. Not to mention every time I contact them I get no response. Not really a complaint. Just can't get a hold of any one. I have a claim with them and now need to talk to somebody. I still want to believe that they are a good company. Please help.
A year ago this company contacted me to help me resolve my student loan debt. they informed me because of the school I attended (Everest University) I was automatically qualified for dismissal of my student loans but did notify that it could take 6 months to a year to clear. A year later and the service i paid for has not helped me in anyway. My wages are now being Garnished for 15% each pay check! this could have been avoided if I wasn't lied to that my loans would be dismissed, not to worry. They are not returning any comm... read more
Company claims to eliminate debt based on a schools closing. I was told to pay $1299 for this to get done. Its been a year and the only thing they've done is file a forbearance for me. They dont answer my calls and I dont know what course of action to take against what allegedly feels like a Scam... Now I'm out of $1299 and my forbearance is about to end on my Fedloan.
This company really assisted me with my situation. it was a pleasant experience and very straight forth with programs.
