Being as objective as possible, they do seem to care about their students. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very considerate and understanding. However, what kind of cases they do take on is kind of vague. The information provided on website is very wishywashy. Overall, this wasn't a particularly useful resource for me, but I can see how people in other situations could find them to be very helpful.
Horrible. They don’t actually advocate for students. I came there with some issues I was having with a teacher, and they basically told me “That sucks, but we aren’t going to help you”. I cried so much over these completely unresolved issues. We pay so much money to go here only to not be listened to.
