I want to say thank you to Em Manier! She was so supportive in resolving my issue and made me feel heard. I hope she continues the amazing work on behalf of students and can give her peers university-wide support and recognition. She’s amazing!!!
Being as objective as possible, they do seem to care about their students. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very considerate and understanding. However, what kind of cases they do take on is kind of vague. The information provided on website is very wishywashy. Overall, this wasn't a particularly useful resource for me, but I can see how people in other situations could find them to be very helpful.
