Horrible. They don’t actually advocate for students. I came there with some issues I was having with a teacher, and they basically told me “That sucks, but we aren’t going to help you”. I cried so much over these completely unresolved issues. We pay so much money to go here only to not be listened to.
I should’ve just taken the advice from here and never bothered. Waste of time. Nothing resolved. If you’re hoping for support, don’t go here. Wish I could give 0/5 stars.
