Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. I was moved in April of last year and put in a claim for items that were broken in transit. After submitting my claim well before the required date, I was told everything was good and they would be back with me soon. A month goes by and I try to get into contact. No responses via email or phone, I got ahold of the agency that booked them and they finally got me in contact with someone who said they had reviewed my file again and they were just a little back... read more

Very nice and helpful team. When my coordinated movers for a military move didn’t have mattress bags and a mattress box for our King sized mattress, Studdard came thru and helped me load the material. They also weighed me for my full weight a few minutes after closing. Thank you for awesome customer service. Made things start going right for us after a hectic start.
