I was finally told to file an attorney multiple misconduct with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission and the Indiana Bar Association against Lierin Rossman. For the last 2 years she has consistently lied in my and my family face about competing legal motion on my behalf. Lierin Rossman was an absolute nightmare of a human. Never did her job when it came to protecting children and knowingly put a little girl with a known pedophile and child abuser. She lied in court and after court was over. She along with the judge RICK TREVINO TOOK BRIBES. We have all the proof!!!!
Tom Stucky was not pleasant to work with. He was the mediator for my divorce. He relayed information so quickly that I had to ask him to slow down and repeat himself at one point. I also felt rushed to make decisions quickly. The energy he gave off made me very anxious. Obviously the situation was stressful in itself but having Tom for a mediator made it much more stressful and tense.
