Bought an oven here last year. Great quality and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend. (Update November 2025) I had a washing machine with a broken hose, called Stubbes and they said they would arrive on Thursday after 4:30. I get a call on Wednesday at noon saying they’re gonna show up at 4:30 for the service. Ok I’ll let the mix up of days slide. I was told that the part would show up within 2, a week later I get a call that the part has showed up and they would install on Friday. I wait and wait and wait and wait ... read more
Ordering my whirlpool washing machine at the store was a very pleasant experience. I was assisted right away. The the kind gentlemen who delivered the machine to my house not only installed the new washer but also took the old washer away. I would definitely order from Stubbe's again!

My old washing machine broke down only after 8 years. Stubbes brand source was quick with the service call. The washing machine was too expensive to fix. So I decided to purchased a new one and they had it delivered in 1 day and took my old one away. Thank you for your service.
