We purchased a couple of couches and it was sure worth the wait! They are made very well and we are happy with them. Great customer service at Stubbe’s and would recommend them for your home additions.
Very good stuff
After Kate showed us a few different types of mattresses she excused herself to get answers to our questions, and give us privacy to discuss with each other. when she came back she had all our questions answered, and more. We will only deal with Stubbe"s going forward due to the incredible customer service offered by Kate on this purchase and Marlene on our last purchase of a recliner. Thanks To Stubbe's for doing it right.
My experience from the time I got to the store was great. The best thing was, I didn't have a sales person bother me for the first five minutes I was in the store. I always like a bit of time to get feel of store first. After I looked around for a few minutes, then Katie Reimer (Sales Associate) approached me or was in the area, I asked her for help, and she was fantastic, she really knew the product well.
