I left my taxes with Pepper and she never finished them. I called and called 30 times or more with no response, even emailed. I finally had to hire someone else to do our taxes and cancel my check after 5 months of waiting and calling. Now I am going to also have late fees for not having them done on time and the cost of the check cancellation fee. Go somewhere else it's not worth it.

Worst service ever .. won’t communicate by phone or emails just received a notice from the IRS saying I owe 2,600.00 in late fees .. they never filled my taxes for 2022 until November 2024…. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Do not use this service! Will take your money and not file your taxes! They have no clue what they are doing. Had to resign paperwork multiple times for the same tax year, only to not have my returns even filed. They just tell you the filed them and do nothing about it. So what did I pay them for? Total scam do not trust Pepper or Shannon’s ability to even run their business. They are a joke and will most likely have to take them to court to get them to do what is right. If I could leave zero star I would.
