I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They consistently ignore phone calls, frequently send you straight to voicemail, and when you do manage to get someone on the line, they are rude and unhelpful. On multiple occasions, I was hung up on mid-conversation without any explanation. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to provide customer support. I would not recommend doing business with them. If I could leave a zero I would. Didn't pay me because my trainings "expired " which in my 23 years I've never had trainings expired before my hire date. They in payroll obviously have NEVER worked in Healthcare or they would know this information. I've been pd through medicade in previous jobs and never once held my pay, you LEGALLY can't do that over trainings. What a joke
Constantly having problems with respite hours CMH gave me 14 hours a month these guys say I'm over my hours and now CMHis telling me I can not claim any more till July the bad part is i have Ben there for a year and they still can't get their crap together what a joke??? Ted Provost
Always some issue with checks. When you call to try and get it figured out they do nothing. Talked to Beth and she calls you a liar and is extremely rude. Never had someone be so rude and unhelpful
I worked for the company for a while and when it came time to turn in payments they didn't pay me. I lost out on almost 3 grand. Worst company I ever worked for! Didn't even take the time to train and just assumed I would figure it out. Such a terrible company!
