Called three weeks ago to set up a service call. All good to check out a high pressure issue on Tuesday. Called Tuesday morning to confirm no answer. Three days later and eight phone messages left. No response. Either something bad has happened like health wise or an emergency, or something else like ....

Stuart Installed new a AC unit for the master cabin less than a year ago. Had issues with unit continually cycling on and off. Then the High Pressure fault codes started while in the Bahamas, shutting down the unit. Called and left multiple messages asking for help/advice since it was still under warranty but Stuart never responded. No cell phone for texts, only a land line. Ended up finding out the system was over pressured leading to the shut downs. Will never use him again.

15 yrs ago I hired SME to install a a overhead tube/bar light on a new aluminum pipe hard top (not from a second station). For 2 days they Tried to fish 1 wire down the piping, "No Can Do", I paid then for Trying. I then had my Outboard Mechanic do it same day. Now I am on another small project & see SME and Passed them Bye!!
