We got wrongly charged on a malfunction machine, instead of working with us they sent it to stuart-lippman. I talked to bryan swan a couple of times. He's rude and cold blood. I was not surprised. He got pay to do his job, the problem was he tried to do his job so well. He's threaten to run after our assets... Of well, I dared him to touch them. While searching online I found out that stuart-lippman got a lot of complaints with the BBB. I would look for an attorney that could handle this kind of harassments and turn it over... read more

This company has no compassion. I talked with Bryan Swan, the rudiest asshole, I've ever talked to. This is the first time i've ever had to return a auto for non payment. I was having trouble before covid-19 hit, but after, my whole company, folded. I'm having trouble getting unemployment, because I worked for myself. I tried to tell him about my situation, he responded by telling me they want all the money. With all that's happening in the world today, you wouldn't think, debt collectors were essential workers. I wish I had read these reviews before I made a agreement to a payment arrangement. Yeah the woman I spoke with was very rude and hateful and when i tried to tell her what i could pay she insisted i had to pay way more than that. I honestly dont know how I'm going to make the payments but if I dont they are going to take both mine and my husbands drivers licenses. And yes, they are nearly impossible to get into touch with.

Rude worker. Talk to us like they know everything about you. They threatened me once. POOR MANAGEMENT! Worker name Sandy love to give attitude. Really unprofessional.

I worked for Mass Mutual 3 years ago. Great company. Great employees. Poor management. The GA would curse and yell as a method of coaching. On top of that, never paid me!! I never received a paycheck. Not even on the 1 million dollar life policy I purchased for myself. This collections agency calls and tells me I owe mass mutual 1085.00. For what !!!? They've never paid me and now I'm supposed to pay this 1085.00 because I quit??! I explained my experience to Stuart Lippman and Assts. I explained that I've never been paid.... read more

The person I talked to was rude and indignant. I have never encountered such unprofessional conduct from any "professional" office. She treated me so bad that this is the first review I have posted! I just thought people should know.

I have dealt with Juliano Ramirez on an accident that I was in in my own driveway. I paid $100 in hopes to set up a payment agreement. He tells me my license will be suspended and he won't accept a payment agreement. I do not know to report him or this company too. He is extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. I don't even want to give this company a 1 rating. Absolutely horrible! I think I may start a Lawsuit against these people. Legally they have to take what payments you can give them. I disagree with everyone who whines, bitches and moans. I got into an accident back in 2014 and I was uninsured. A fender bender of her fault but mainly my fault for having no insurance. They were willing to work with me and got my car and license reinstated for setting up a payment plan. 5 payments and I'm done. Lesson learned. If course they hire these people from all state to do their bidding but they needed to get things done.
